EGR Valve & Cooler Delete Kit – 6.6L Duramax LLY (2004.5–2005)

This complete EGR delete kit is engineered to remove the factory EGR valve and cooler from GM 6.6L Duramax LLY engines. It improves airflow, lowers engine temperatures, and enhances reliability for off-road and competition use.

Installation Notes

• Disconnect battery and drain coolant before installation
• Remove EGR valve, cooler, and associated tubing
• Install block-off plates and bypass hose
• ECU tuning required to disable EGR function and avoid fault codes
• Estimated install time: 2–3 hours
