EGR Delete Kit – Toyota 20R / 22R / 22RE Engines

This complete EGR delete kit is designed to eliminate the Exhaust Gas Recirculation system on Toyota 4-cylinder engines. It improves performance, reduces engine temperatures, and prevents carbon buildup in the intake manifold.

• Material: CNC-machined 6061-T6 aluminum alloy
• Finish: Anodized surface – corrosion and heat resistant
• Includes: Intake block-off plate, exhaust block-off plates, air plug, gaskets
• Function: Eliminates EGR flow, reduces soot buildup, improves throttle response
• Installation: Bolt-on design – may require resistor for EGR temp sensor bypass

Installation Notes
