I have just read other reviews about people receiving wrong parts or defective parts. I am still waiting to hear back about my claim. The website and their agent in previous emails said they offer a 2 year warranty and its been less than a year since my purchase. The part is defective but no one is responding to my emails to file a claim. I requested a customer service phone number but there is none. If they do not honor their warranty, I am out another few hundred dollars to replace their defective part. I am still waiting for some kind of response from them and things are starting to look bleak. I will update my review(s) once I hear back from them! Trust experience and tread lightly.
